I go round the world as a seaman. I started in 1957, on a Norwegian ship. Stopped working in 1986 because I dropped down from ship. My bones broken. And now old already, all the sickness come back. I started making 2 years plus. I make only 3- ship, plane, house. All I never learn but from my idea, my gut. I made ship first. After 2 days, there was an accident at the Suez Canal…the Maersk ship. So I scared. Second, the plane. And then MAS plane lost. House- In Kelantan…the flooding. I can make 2 houses in one day. The houses I give to the boy. He likes the houses. The boy collects the Styrofoam and he gives them to me. He stays around here. I have sweets here. I give the boy the sweets. I give away my houses when they come. You see I put the foams on the hot water flask? This is a chair. These are parts of a house. You can find in Indonesia. I can make many ships in one day. Easy lah. But it takes long time to dry…the gum. I do everything here. I use this knife to cut. It is a different style. Sometimes my hand shake, I cannot make. Also when I want to drink…cannot. I put the ships on the wall, around this picture. My wife and me. Can you take a picture like this after 30 years? I love my wife. Until now I didn’t marry.
